Ahmed Nasser Al Rayes, President and Managing Director, Al Rayes Group sees quality as the cornerstone of his enterprise, and the ability to enhance it as the defining principle of profitability. Ahmed Al Rayes graduated from the University of Salford, Manchester, with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1980. Soon after, he returned to Qatar and joined the family business which was established by his grandfather 75 years ago. Ahmed is a member of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and represents Qatar with many foreign delegations, the recent one being to Taiwan.

The Al Rayes group has been making outstanding progress in a business where customer is king.Armed with the strength of the Al Rayes Brand and the value it can bring to its customers, Ahmed Al Rayes is geared to take the group further in a country that is racing ahead in the global arena.

Managing Partner

Kathleen was born in Scotland and has lived all over the world. She has spent the last twelve years working in Qatar in health and safety, facilities management, real estate and relocation services.

She is well known in the Doha business community and through personal experience knows the issues and concerns that those arriving in a new country have.

Sales & Leasing Manager

John Shanlian originates from Canada, however, has spend thelast 11 years within the GCC region. He spent his first 5 years in Dubai gaining valuable GCC experience within the real estate market. He later spent another 6 years in Qatar with the past 4 years as a Commercial Leasing Specialist. John brings a wealth of knowledge of real estate competence to the team and a level of professionalism and customer service that is unparalleled.

Legal and Finance Director

Gordon is a UK lawyer who spent 25 years working for major UK financial services companies. He specialises in commercial law and dispute resolution, regulation, contract management and projects.

He has worked in a range of locations in Europe and Asia.

He is in charge of all legal and financial matters for the group and brings a wide range of experience, to our company.
